Ingredients:
1 steak
150 g Kale
1 Onion
1 Medium sweet potato
pomegranate Vinegar
20 g Bacon

Method:
For starters you cut the sweet potato, onion and kale in to small pieces (preferably) and then you cook it on a pan for around 10 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Now you are ready to fry the bacon. When done you mix it together with the sweet potato, kale and onions and give it a good 2 min more on the frying-pan.
Season the steak with salt and pepper and if you have some other spices you want on the steak, please do so. Now give it 2-3 min on each side, depending on what type of steak you are using.
Plating:
Now for the final part. The Plating. This is there you can get creative. Do as i did on the picture or find your own way of plating. Remember the pomegranate vinegar as a finish.
