Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
100g mozzarella
4 tsp almond flour
1 dl coconut milk
3 tsp husk
Salt and pepper

Method:
Pre heat oven on 200 degree's
2 eggs in a bowl, then add the coconut milk
Then add the almond flour and the psyllium husk fibre
Now you add the mozzarella and season with salt and pepper
Now flatten lille pieces of the dough out on a baking plate.
Make the buns round and flat. and bake for 20 min until they are golden brown.
Now its time to build your burger. I used turkey bacon, red pepper fruit, avocado, mayo and chicken.
But anything will do, just as long as its healthy and full of nutrition.
