Ingredients:
1 Wiener Schnitzel
100 gram pork rines
1 egg
150 gram kale
1/2 avocado
salt and pepper
Garlic salt
20 gram mayo
20 gram parsley

Method:
Add the pork fines in a food processor, and blend until its blended fine as bread crumbs.
Add the parsley and the garlic salt to the crushed pork rines.
When done, you first dip the schnitzel in egg and then in the pork fines, and make sure the schnitzel is fully covered.
Next step is to put some butter on the pan.
Fry the schnitzel for a good 4 min each side.
Now to the kale/avocado salad.
Cut the kale in to small pieces and same goes with the avocado. Place it all in a bowl. Then you add the mayo and salt and pepper.
Now you are ready to plate.
