Method:
First step is to pan fry the chicken for until done.
Next step is to cut the eggplant, chicken, tomato in to slices
Pan fry the bacon, eggplant and tomatoes, in coconut-oil, for
5 min then you are ready to build your eggplant burger. Take a piece of aluminum foil and wrap it around the burger.

for 20 min and the burger is done. Season with salt and pepper
