Ingredients:
4 whole eggs
100g bacon
100g tomatoes
1 dl cream
2 orange Bell peppers

Method:
At first you fry the bacon on a frying pan with coconut oil or butter
Then you cut open the bell peppers, and clean them. Fry them lightly on a frying pan
Chop the tomatoes in to small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Now mix the eggs with with some salt and pepper. Whip it for some time, so we get the mixture nice and fluffy.
Now you are ready to poor the egg mixture in to the frying pan (remember low heat) at first you let it simmer like an omelet for 5-6 min. then you start at the edges and turn it in over the mixture. You do this a couple of times and you are good to go. This little trick makes the scrambled eggs very fluffy.
Now you are ready to plate.
