Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
3 slices of bacon
10 gram mozzarella cheese
avocado oil
50 gram bacon
50 gram chicken

Method:
You take the 1/2 avocado and carve a bit of the avocado out, so you get a small pocket in the avocado. Here you stuff it with fried/chopped bacon and chicken, and a bit of mozzarella cheese.
Now wrap say 1 maybe 2 pieces of bacon, and place it in the oven on 200 degrees for 20 min. When done take out and serve with the rest of the chicken and poor over a tiny bit of avocado oil.
Remember guys, this is LCHF, so if you don't eat Low carb high fat, then maybe tone a bit down on the HIGH fat.
