Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 tsp Almond flour
2 tsp Psyllium husk flour
1 small Handful kale
1 Tomato
1/2 Red pepper fruit
3 slices of Turkey bacon
10 gram Mozzarella cheese
10 gram Cheddar cheese
Coconut oil
Salt and pepper

Method:
1: take a bowl and add eggs, almond flour, psyllium husk, kale and then finally season with salt and pepper.
2: Cut the tomato in to slices same goes with the red pepper fruit.
3: Fry the turkey bacon in coconut oil or butter, until its crisp.
4: Add the egg mixture to the pan on low heat. This takes around 15 min to be done. When almost done add the filling on one half, and finally you turn over the one half on the other half.
