Ingredients:
1 Medium sweet potato
3 Slices of bacon
50 g shredded mozzarella cheese
1 dl Cream 38 %
Salt and pepper
10 drops Basilica oil
Optional: Pomegranate vinegar oil

Method:
The recipe is fairly simple, and takes around 30 min to make.
First you grab the sweet potato and wrap it in aluminium foil and place in oven for around 25 min.
While the sweet potato is in the oven, you can prepare the cheese sauce.
First you fry the bacon in butter, when its done, you leave the butter on the pan, and add the cream and stir for 1 min. This should give it a taste of bacon.
Now you add the mozzarella cheese, and season with salt and pepper. When the cheese is melted and the sauce is beginning to get thich then its done.
When the sweet potato is done, you take it out, and take all the meat out of it and put in a bowl. Now add a bit of cream (Just a little bit) and give it a stir.
Plating:
Now you are ready to plate. You can choose to plate like i did, or try something entirely different.
