Ingredients
2 large tomatoes
1 chicken fillet.
1 dl Cream 38%
100 g Spinach leaves
Watercress
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method:
First you boil your chicken filet for say 15 min. When done you peel it and spice it with salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil.
You now need a fairly big saucepan. Here you place a few drops of olive oil and you add the chicken to fry for 1 min.
Now you add the cream and you just let it boil for 5-10 min. While this is boiling, you cut the top of the tomatoes of and take out all the filling of the tomato, so its ready to be place in the oven for 10 min.
When the tomatoes are done you add the chicken mix to the tomato.
You can either just serve them as you see on my picture or find your own way.
I used spinach for a bed on the plate.
