Ingredients:
4 Asparagus
1 Egg
5 slices of bacon.
Salt and pepper

Method:
Wrap the bacon around the asparagus, and pan why them for 10 min.
Add the poached egg on top, and cut a little hole in it so the egg yolk can run out.
Add the fried chopped bacon on top and season with salt and pepper.

When poaching an egg its really important that when you boil the water, you add some vinegar.
Now when the water is boiling you add the egg for say 3 min, when you take up the egg, you will see the white has wrapped around the egg. Ill add an video of how its do
